Built for contract and in-house security

Your post orders, answered.

DutyBook is the officer app built around your post orders. Officers log activity, walk patrols and file incident reports in minutes. When they aren't sure what to do, they ask Richard, an AI helper that answers only from your approved post orders and shows the line it relied on.

Works on any duty phone or desk computer Emergencies never go to AI
For officers

Everything an officer does on shift, in four big buttons.

Officers sign in with their employee ID and a PIN. The app asks the right questions so reports come back complete the first time.

Daily activity log

Tap a category, write a line, add a photo. Every entry is timed and lands in the day's activity report automatically.

  • Visitors, deliveries, alarms, maintenance
  • Shift turnover and custom forms you design

Patrol checkpoints

Scan the code at each checkpoint, flag issues with a note and photo. Skipped checkpoints are marked missed and need a reason.

  • Routes you set up per site
  • Late and missed patrols flagged to supervisors

Guided incident reports

Pick what happened and answer step by step. A vehicle accident asks whether the officer witnessed it, for damage photos and for a photo of each license plate.

  • Required items flagged before submit
  • Richard drafts the narrative; the officer edits and signs
How Richard decides

An AI helper that knows when not to answer.

Every question goes through the same three checks, in order. Richard never improvises, never gives legal advice, and never handles an emergency.

1
Is it an emergency?Fire, medical, weapon, bomb threat, fight
Yes: fixed scriptShows your approved emergency steps instantly. No AI.
2
Is it about force, detention or legal authority?Searches, restraint, "am I allowed to…"
Yes: supervisorPoints to your conduct rules and the supervisor's number. No AI.
3
Do the post orders cover it?Checked against this site's current revision
Yes: answer with proofRichard answers and quotes the exact line. If the quote doesn't match word for word, the answer is thrown out.
Not covered? The officer is told to call the supervisor, and the gap shows up in your reports so you can fix the post orders.
For supervisors and clients

See every post, every shift, without chasing paperwork.

Supervisors get the live picture. Clients get a clean portal that shows the work, not the internals.

Supervisors and admins

  • Live feed of every entry, patrol and report across sites
  • Daily activity reports per officer, ready to send
  • Weekly, monthly and annual analytics delivered on schedule
  • Edit post orders, routes, forms and who-to-call lists yourself
  • Entries filed as "Other" are read and re-sorted into the right category

Client portal

  • Activity by day: incidents, patrols, logs and photos
  • Service analytics: patrol coverage, incident trends
  • The site's post orders and every officer's training record
Training records

Prove every officer was trained on every section.

Supervisors sign off training by section of the post orders, with the trainer and date. Officers confirm it on their own device. When a section changes, DutyBook flags a refresher.

Your data

Built the way a security company would build it.

You own your data

Your reports, photos and records belong to you. Export everything at any time.

Clients see only their site

Each client sees its own property and a cleaned copy of the record, nothing more.

No voiceprints

Voice input is push-to-talk only. DutyBook never records conversations or identifies people by voice.

Officers sign their reports

AI can draft, but every report is reviewed and signed by the officer who wrote it.
